Kaiser Permamente Tyrrranical Approach to Employees,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]
To whom it may concern:
I am a concerned employee in Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and I am requesting to be anonymous. The administration in this Kaiser Hospital is practicing a tyrannical leadership. They would be enforcing a policy banning shoes like the Skechers Shape ups and MBT shoes. The reasoning is that they find a correlation among people using the shoes that it cause a lot of injuries.
What I find unreasonable is that how about those people who benefitted from these type of shoes. Kaiser Permanente is just making a unilateral decision,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and they would be incorporating the ban in the employee's dress code and policies.
I think such action would violate a few labor code,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], constitutional amendments and most of employees civil rights.
I guess what I want done is for the media to create some noise about this impending injustice. I guess if this tyrannical approach would get public,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it would be bad publicity for Kaiser Permanente for the consumers and future consumers. If Kaiser Permanente can do this dicdator approach to employees,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they can also do this to their members.
If risk management has information that those shoes are prone to injuring employees,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they would be foolish to let people wear them at the workplace. 5econdly the employer has the right to make and enforce dress codes suitable for the environment.
